Dear Rodgers Organ Company:

I feel like the proud driver of a new Lexus! Our parish has a newly installed 3 manual Rodgers Trillium, and it is truly a joy to play! As the new music director of St. Bernard in Tulsa (beginning in August of 2001), I was not involved in the selection process, but was gleeful with its installation in February of 2002. And now as summer begins, and I have more time at the console, my glee is deepening into a rich two-fold appreciation.

First, the product is truly grand. The electronics have been designed for musicians. The keyboard and stops have been designed for maximum flexibility. And the console has been built with top quality materials. Everything I need......and much more.......is accessible and at my fingertips. The sound is bright and exciting. The feel is very clean and exact. The congregation's response to the instrument has been wonderful.

Second, the salesperson, Mike Bennett, and the Rodgers representatives, Steve Whitman and David Pettit, have been marvelous to work with. The installation itself was very quick and immaculate, down to the last screw in place being marked and all the dust cleaned up. They have been very forthright and responsive to all my concerns and questions, and very helpful in getting me adjusted to the console. And most of all, they have been very aware that my background is in music, not computers and digital electronics.

I have been active in Tulsa as church organist since 1978 and in those 20+ years I have dealt with other electronic organ companies. I have witnessed some nightmare scenarios. I can't underline enough the true luxury of working with the Rodgers Organ Company, a company that prides itself not only in a quality product, but also in a quality staff of people of honesty, expertise, and integrity.
