Kamber White is a lover of all music, whether it is playing
music, listening, writing, or singing it. Kamber is from
Lubbock, TX and is currently a student at Oral Roberts
University, double-majoring in Worship and Theology. She has
been playing and studying the saxophone since the age of 10. In
high school, Kamber competed in State marching competitions as
well as Solo and Ensemble, earning Sweepstakes 5 years in a row
for both saxophone and vocal performances.
She was a member of the All-Region Honor band for four years,
and won several honors and awards for musicianship while in high
school. In addition to the alto, tenor, baritone, and soprano
saxophones, Kamber also plays the guitar and the piano, and
loves singing. She likes experimenting with different musical
styles and songwriting. In the future, she hopes to travel the
world playing her music and sharing her faith. At ORU, Kamber
plays in the University Wind Ensemble, participates in
University Chorale, and is a member of ORU’s International
Worship Center.
